Indians begin worshipping dead British soldier as 'god'
A bit of irony from Northern India as locals have started making offerings to a soldier who died 145 years ago during the Mutiny of 1857. Hoping to get off court cases and solve sexual problems, "devotees took to the practice of offering alcohol and cigarettes at the grave because the captain was thought to be fond of drinking, smoking and sex."
Good to know that Western values have an appreciative audience somewhere...
